Size guide
We recommend choosing the same size you normally wear in tops. For greater accuracy, you can also measure your bust, waist, and hips with a measuring tape and select your size according to our size guide:
Care & washing
We recommend hand washing with cold water using a liquid detergent specifically designed for delicate garments. Then, leave it to air dry, avoiding the use of a tumble dryer.
Additionally, every order includes a specially designed laundry bag so that, if needed, you can wash your corset in the washing machine with the utmost care.
Shipping
We offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected:
- Domestic shipping: between 24/48 hours and up to 5 business days.
- International shipping: up to 15 business days.
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond MADAME GI’s control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
For international shipments, any additional costs arising from customs duties, import taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges & returns
Yes, we accept returns provided that:
- The corset has not been worn.
- It still has its original tags attached.
- It has no imperfections, stains, odors, or signs of use.
- The return is requested within the first 15 days from the date of delivery.
How do I make a return?
Please email us at info@madamegi.com with the following information:
- Order number.
- Reason for the return.
- Product you wish to return.
Our team will provide you with the next steps.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange my corset for another size or style?
Yes. If you need to make an exchange, please email us at info@madamegi.com with your order number and the size or style you would like to receive.
For exchanges, MADAME GI will cover only the shipping costs of the new product. The shipping costs for the returned item will be the responsibility of the customer.
The garment must meet the same return conditions: it must not have been worn, must retain its original tags, and must not have any stains, odors, imperfections, or signs of use.
