Garment care

Machine wash inside the laundry bag included with every order, using a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F) and a low spin setting. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry or hang by the laces.

Delivery within mainland Spain: Standard and express shipping are available for in-stock items (OUT OF STOCK or PRE-ORDER items will require longer delivery times). MADAME GI O.E. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Exchanges and returns: Available according to our policy. Return handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange, MADAME GI O.E. covers the cost of the new shipment.
